This project focused on a complete outdoor buildout for a newly constructed home in Sellersville. Starting with a blank canvas, our team designed and installed a custom backyard patio with steps, a built-in firepit, and masonry retaining walls. In the front yard, we added landscaping elements and installed natural boulders to enhance curb appeal while creating a cohesive look from front to back.
We kicked things off with an in-depth walkthrough of the property to understand the client’s vision. With the new home freshly built, the goal was to design an outdoor environment that matched its modern appeal while adding comfort and usability.
Our design team created a detailed 3D plan showcasing the overall shape, height transitions, and layout of both the patio and front entry areas. Every angle, wall, and feature was positioned to enhance the home’s structure.
With plans finalized, our crew broke ground. We began with the front landscape bed and stone veneer enhancements before transitioning to base prep, hardscaping, and sod installation in the backyard. Every layer was installed with precision.
The end result brought everything together—an inviting paver patio with integrated walls, an elegant firepit, and a vibrant lawn. The front porch now features beautiful veneer stone and fresh plantings that complete the home’s first impression.
